John has been involved in the building industry for more than 30 years, building in both the Commercial and Housing sectors. He has been practising as a Property and Building Consultant for the last 10 years. John is also experienced in Project and Facilities Management contracts.
John is a past Member of Canterbury Master Builders for 25 years. During this period he served on both the Executive and Disputes Committees. He is also IQP Consultant for Rangi Ruru Girls School and Boarding Complex.
