Property Report

We provide a Detailed Comprehensive Written Report covering all areas of the Property "Ground to Roof"

We conduct a detailed inspection of the structural condition of the building, subsidence, roof cladding, ceiling space, gutters, down pipes, exterior cladding, sub-floor area, foundations, moisture penetration, paths, fences and the interior of the house room by room. A full written report is then prepared for you.

The report is acceptable by banks, but not as a valuation of the Property - it is really for your 'Peace of Mind' and your solicitors approval.

We prefer to inspect the property without the client being present. This allows us to get on with the job without being distracted. Property inspections are by appointment only and the process usually takes around 2 hours on site.

We present the client with a comprehensive typed report, and can meet with the client to go through the report discussing any issues that have arisen. This approach has been found to be the most beneficial to our clients.

Our estimated minimum Costs for an inspection are between $360.00 - $380.00 for an average single storey 2-3 Bedroom house with 1 bathroom - quotations supplied at time of appointment.
