John McKenzie's many years in the Building Trade made him an obvious choice when I wanted a property check. John spent several hours checking the structure of the house, the cladding, the condition of the exterior and the interior. After the inspection I received a very comprehensive report on the site, fencing, exterior and interior of the house. Details of the condition of each room were given. A list of the chattels and fixed heating in these rooms was also included. There were general comments on moisture readings, borer, drainage and mildew, with recommendations to rectify the problems where necessary. I would be more than happy to have John check a property in the future as I received a comprehensive thorough report at a realistic rate for a job carried out in a professional manner.
